MAD Buckets support

The fastest way to reach us is email. Send a note to jonathan@tropperlabs.com and we’ll get back to you, usually within a day. Include the phone number you sign in with so we can find your account.

Signing in

MAD Buckets signs you in with a one-time code sent by text message. If the code doesn’t arrive within a minute, check that your number is entered correctly and request a new one. Codes expire after a few minutes.

Runs and RSVPs

Organizers create a group, schedule runs, and share an invite link. Anyone with the link can RSVP. If you can’t see a run you were invited to, ask the organizer to resend the link and make sure you’re signed in with the same phone number.

Scores and stats

Scores are recorded live in the scorebook and sync when your phone is back online. If a game looks wrong, the person who kept score can correct it from the scorebook. Stats are calculated from the recorded games, so fixing the game fixes the stats.

Deleting your account

To delete your account and the personal information tied to it, email jonathan@tropperlabs.com from the phone you use to sign in. We’ll handle it within 30 days. See our privacy policy for details on what we keep and why.
